Thank you for choosing Combo. This Refund Policy explains the terms that apply to payments made for advertising services offered through the Combo platform. By purchasing any advertising service from Combo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Combo is a digital advertising platform operated by ZOTO. Our services are designed to provide businesses, brands, and organizations with advertisement visibility and promotional exposure through placement on the Combo platform. As our services involve the allocation of advertising space, content review, campaign preparation, publication, and platform resources, all payments are subject to the terms outlined below.
NATURE OF OUR SERVICES
Combo provides digital advertising services and does not sell physical products. When an advertiser purchases a placement on the platform, they are purchasing advertisement visibility and promotional exposure for a specified duration. The value of the service is derived from the publication and display of advertising content on the platform rather than from the delivery of a tangible product.
Once an advertisement is approved, prepared, and scheduled for publication, resources are committed to delivering the advertising service. For this reason, advertising purchases are generally considered final.
PAYMENT TERMS
All advertising services require payment in full before publication. Pricing, advertisement duration, placement details, and any applicable conditions will be communicated to the advertiser before payment is requested.
Advertisements will only be published after payment has been successfully received and the submitted content has completed the review and approval process. Combo reserves the right to refuse publication of advertisements that do not comply with its policies, advertising guidelines, or applicable laws.
NO REFUND POLICY
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, all payments made for advertising services are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been completed and accepted by Combo, refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to, a change of mind, business decisions, marketing strategy changes, dissatisfaction with campaign performance, lower-than-expected engagement, fewer views than anticipated, lower-than-expected sales results, delays by the advertiser in providing advertising materials, or the advertiser's decision to discontinue a campaign after payment has been made.
Advertisers are encouraged to carefully review all pricing information, advertisement details, campaign requirements, and service terms before proceeding with payment.
ADVERTISEMENT DURATION
Advertisements purchased through Combo are generally published for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the advertising period begins when the advertisement is successfully published on the platform and continues for the agreed duration.
The advertising period cannot be paused, suspended, transferred, or extended due to circumstances arising from the advertiser's own actions or decisions.
ADVERTISEMENT MODIFICATIONS
Combo understands that advertisers may occasionally need to update campaign information after publication. During the active advertising period, advertisers may request reasonable modifications to approved advertisements, including updates to images, text, promotional details, contact information, or website links.
Provided that the requested modifications comply with our advertising policies and do not fundamentally alter the nature of the original advertisement, such updates may be implemented without additional charges at Combo's discretion.
The availability of modification services does not create any entitlement to a refund, credit, or reduction in advertising fees.
CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE
While Combo is committed to providing advertisement visibility and exposure through its platform, we do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome from an advertising campaign.
Advertising performance may be affected by numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, consumer demand, pricing, competition, product quality, advertiser reputation, external economic factors, and user behavior.
Accordingly, Combo does not guarantee any minimum number of views, clicks, inquiries, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, or return on investment. Dissatisfaction with campaign performance does not qualify for a refund or compensation.
ADVERTISEMENT REMOVAL OR CANCELLATION
Advertisers may request the removal of an advertisement after publication. If an advertisement is removed at the advertiser's request, the campaign will be considered voluntarily terminated by the advertiser.
In such circumstances, no refund, credit, or partial reimbursement will be provided for any unused portion of the advertising period.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In limited circumstances where Combo is unable to provide the purchased advertising service due to a platform error, internal operational issue, or other circumstances solely attributable to Combo, we may, at our sole discretion, provide an alternative remedy.
Such remedies may include extending the advertising period, republishing the advertisement, rescheduling publication, or providing another reasonable solution that addresses the service disruption.
Nothing in this section obligates Combo to provide a cash refund unless required by applicable law.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments for advertising services are currently processed through PayPal or other payment methods approved by Combo from time to time. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
Any fees, currency conversion charges, banking fees, or transaction costs imposed by third-party payment providers remain the responsibility of the advertiser unless otherwise stated.
CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY
Combo reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, operational processes, or service offerings. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the platform unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of our services following the publication of an updated Refund Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
